Details Of Post, Vacancy And Qualification.

1. General Manager (Vacancy-02)
  • Qualification:- Graduate from recognized university C.A.L.L.B./D.B.F./ Diploma in Cooperative Bussiness Management or equallant qualification or Chartered or Cost Accountant or Post Graduate in any discipline. Having higher degree in Banking / Finance / Law / Agriculture / Rural Economy / Management etc. would be prefeable. Minimum 12 to 15 years work experience of which 12 years work experience at Middle / Senior Management lavel in Banking Sector Proficiency in Gujrati Lanuage and Computer Literacy are must.
2. Assistant General Manager (Vacancy-02)
  • Qualification:- Graduate preferably post graduate in any discipline having minimum 10 to 15 years experience of bankinhg which 10 years in officer cadre.
3. Senior Manager (Vacancy-20)
  • Qualification:- Graduate with minimum 10 years experience in account/banking sector.
4. Senior Manager Loan (Vacancy-05)
  • Qualification:- Graduate with minimum 10 years experience in accounts/agriculture sector.
5. Manager (Vacancy-15)
  • Qualification:- Graduate with minimum 10 years experience of which 5 years in accounts/banking sector/marketing field.
6. Manager Loan (vacancy-10)
  • Qualification:- Graduate with minimum 10 years experience of which 5 years in accounts/agriculture sector.
7. Deputy Manager (Vacancy-30)
  • Qualification:- Graduate with minimum 5 years experience of bankin/finance/accounts sector/marketing field.
8. Deputy Manager Loan (Vacancy-20)
  • Qualification:- Graduate with minimum 5 years experience of banking/fiance/agriculture  sector.
9. Deputy Manager IT (Vacancy-10)
  • Qualification:- Degree/diploma qualification in IT from recognised university

Other Details
  1. Basic computer knowledge is essential for all the above posts.
  2. Relaxation would be considered for well-quallified / well- experience candidates.
  3. Preference would be given to the applicants having the degree of M.B.A., C.A., C.A.L.L.B., etc.
  4. Senior manager loan, manager loan should be B.sc. / M.sc. (Agri.) and ready to work in rural area.
  5. Age Limit:- For General manager-not above 50 years. For assistant general manager-not above 50 years. For Senior manager / senior manager loan-not above 45 years, For manager / manager loan / manager marketing / deputy manager / deputy manager marketing / deputy manager IT-not above 40 years.
